Wimbledon Common - our biggest ever Walk and Talk
We really enjoyed our biggest ever Walk and Talk!
Around 100 local people came together as a community to launch our new Wimbledon Common Walk and Talk.
We had a great time walking and talking around Wimbledon Common, Rushmere Pond and Cannizaro Park and enjoyed refreshments at Cannizaro House, courtesy of Hotel Du Vin.
The Mayor of Merton Joan Henry, local MP Stephen Hammond, The Wimbledon Society, Friends of Wimbledon and Putney Commons, Friends of Cannizaro Park, Local Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat Councillors, Local Residents Associations, London National Park City, the Wimbledon Guild and many many more joined in the fun....now you can too.
We will now meet every Saturday at 10.30am at the War Memorial in Wimbledon Village on the corner of Parkside and The Causeway - for free and fun walk and talks to lots of great local spots.

...and don't forget we now walk and talk together in lots of great locations around Merton and Wandsworth every Saturday at 10.30am...so join us any place, any Saturday at 10.30am...we would love to welcome you...
