Happy birthday to us, Happy birthday to us..yes it's the one year birthday of our Colliers Wood Walk and Talk.

....and what do you get on a birthday...a present of course!

So calling all Colliers Wood Walkers and Talkers and local residents and organisations - join us this Saturday 8th July for a free and fun walk and talk for the whole community (and your pets) along the wonderful Wandle.

...and then get some cake and a cuppa on us at Merton Abbey Mills...

Celebrate good times - come on - (as Kool and the Gang sing) - and it would be cool to see you on Saturday at 10.30am outside Colliers Wood Tube station.

...and join us every Saturday at 10.30am outside Colliers Wood Tube Station for fun, different and interesting walks and great conversations every week.

We have had great walks in Colliers Wood - including the National Trust's Wandle Park, the local Wandle Meadow Nature Reserve, local history and discovery walk and talks, Merton Priory (the site of the first ever English Parliament), Morden Hall Park, Deen City Farm, the Pickle Ditch waterside loop, nature trails, litter picking - and much much more. Every walk and talk is different, welcoming, friendly and a lot of fun.

Now we would like to work with local people and organisations to support walk and talks together for the community.
